Group practice
There are four physicians who practice out of this office. When you book an appointment, every effort will be made to book with your physician; however, if they are unable to see you, you may occasionally see another physician. For the sake of continuity, we encourage you to see us rather than attend a walk-in clinic, unless absolutely necessary.
Behaviour
We all have the right to be treated with respect at all times. We have zero tolerance for abuse of any kind towards our staff, patients, and physicians. Disrespectful behaviour will lead to dismissal from the practice.
1-2 problems per visit
In order to address each of your medical issues thoroughly, and in fairness to patients in the waiting room, we ask that each appointment be limited to one or two problems.
Cancellation policy
Life can be unpredictable. If for some reason you are unable to make your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. If you miss an appointment without providing notice, you may be charged a “no-show” fee. This includes both virtual and in-person appointments.
After hours
We are available outside of regular office hours for urgent issues only. Please call our office line and you will be forwarded to the physician on call.
Outside of Canada?
For your own safety, if you are currently out-of-country, we are unable to provide virtual care to you.
