After meeting with you virtually, your physician may request that you come for an in-person appointment.
In-Person Appointments
We continue to see patients in person at our office. If you are coming into our office:
Sanitize your hands upon arrival
If you are sick with a respiratory illness and your appointment is non-urgent, call us to reschedule
If you are sick with a respiratory illness and your appointment is urgent, please complete a COVID-19 rapid antigen test prior to your appointment (see below), and wear a mask
Feeling sick?
If you are sick with cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell or taste, or other symptoms concerning for COVID-19, please perform a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test at home.
